Q: What if the boots don't fit?
A: Don't worry we always bring several pairs to achieve the perfect fit
Q: What if we bring our own boots?
A: We will take $5 off of the package price
Q: What if my skis or snowboard malfunctions or I am having problems with the gear while on the mountain?
A: No problem. We will reimburse you for any necessary adjustment or repair made on the ski hill.
Q: What if I leave early and have already paid for the rentals days?
A: We will pick up your skis and reimburse you for the days you do not ski.
Q: How do I pay?
A: You can pay with a credit/debit card or cash.
Q: When do I pay?
A: When the skis are delivered
